SHIPPING - Standard shipping rates apply. Product 3-10 days after receiving orders. Please leave additional time for shipments to arrive by courier.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS Once you receive your order, please ensure that everything is as ordered. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order via email@example.com with applicable email subject: missing order or incorrect order If it was our error, we’ll replace the item(s) as soon as possible.
RETURNS We are unable to accept returns. If you decide you’d like to return an item in your order for any other reason than an incorrect order. This is because coffee is a food item that loses freshness each day after its roast date.
